GP Student Committee

This Good Practice project was awarded to the Department of British and American Studies students of Nanzan University by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and the activities are planned, organized and carried out by the students of the department with the assistance of faculty members.

The core of this project are these students, chosen by themselves to run the committee in charge of planning and implementing international workshops, lectures, and symposiums with both students and faculty from overseas universities. Through regular meetings, the students deepen their friendship and understanding of each other, which promotes teamwork, thereby creating a nurturing environment for creative ideas. Here we introduce the members of the committee, those who represent Nanzan's Department of British and American Studies by following the principle of actually using English as a means of expressing their thoughts and ideas to Japan and the World.

Introduction of the Student Committee Leaders

The Student Column is run by the members of the GP Student Committee and is scheduled to be updated once or twice a week. This column will not only report on the activities and events that the GP Student Committee has organized but will also report on student life and other day to day thoughts and feelings from the perspective of our students.
