Graduation Thesis

Videos of our thesis introduction presentations and the graduation theses themselves will be posted on our home page as an electronic journal. By making these presentations and papers available to the general public and other academics we are hoping to give our students the opportunity to interact with others and improve their ability to put forth their ideas in both written and verbal form to the world.

Thesis Introduction Summary

One of the primary areas of focus for the development of vital academic English communication and discussion skills is the presentation of the graduation thesis introduction summary. Previously, these presentations were held within each seminar but starting in 2009, the presentations were open to all in the department, with the presentations planned, organized, and run by the students themselves, all in English. Our plan is to continue to help our students develop these presentations, through workshops and lectures by our department's faculty, and to post the results on the Web.
