A First Year Student's Perspective

I attended July 14th lecture about graduation thesis paper. Since I'm the first year student, I had no idea what exactly the graduation thesis paper is. The lecture was very easy to understand and it gave me some good idea about what a graduation thesis is. I learned it takes long time and great effort to write well organized paper with lots of information and ideas. Also, I learned some important things such as plagiarism which is to steal someone's idea without citing all the sources. It was really nice to hear some stories from someone who experienced writing a paper and someone who read and checked the paper. I think everyone who attended this lecture learned something new and I'm sure it will help us when we are going to write one for ourselves. It was very interesting and helpful lecture.
