A Visit to Nagoya Castle with the Dickinson College Students

It was too hot on the day we went to Nagoya Castle, so a few of Dickinson students gave up going on the way which was unfortunate. When we arrived at Nagoya Castle, one part of the castle was under reconstruction. There were many workers wearing helmets and uniforms. Before we entered the castle covered with soundproof sheets, some students had already taken out their cameras to take some photographs of the workers! Moreover, a few of the Dickinson students asked them to take pictures with them! It was kind of amusing to me. However, if I visited other countries and saw many things different from my country, I would act just like them. The Dickinson students seemed to take pictures of everything they were interested in. Therefore, I was able to see which part is different between Japan and their home. It was also a good opportunity for me to learn more about Japan.
