Mr. Toko talked of Ambassador Roos, who came to Nanzan University last year for a talk, and his personal experience of going up to the devastated regions as well as the sentimentsof President Obama. From the lecture, we can see the hope that the aid provided by the U.S. will create a deeper bond between Japan and the United States.
